Amber Warren is Australia' chair and Australasia region CEO at Dentons and serves on both the Australian and global boards. A passionate leader with deep expertise in the business of law, she has previously been a partner in the firm’s litigation, banking and finance and financial services regulatory advisory practices. Warren advises major Australian banks, foreign banks, lenders and financial services businesses across the full financial services lifecycle. Her expertise includes advertising and marketing compliance, design and distribution obligations, anti-hawking regulations and superannuation. She is known for delivering commercially focused advice and strategic leadership.

Nicholas Linke is a member of the Dentons Australia Board and practice group leader of the firm’s Employment and Safety practice. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, he advises clients on employment, workplace safety and insurance law, with particular expertise in life insurance. Linke regularly represents clients before the Fair Work Commission and courts across Australia, as well as workplace and human rights tribunals. He also advises on workplace safety prosecutions, coronial inquiries and enforceable undertakings. His extensive experience includes representing clients in complex and high-profile life insurance disputes.

Anthony Walsh is a member of the Dentons Australia Board and a partner in the banking and finance group. He advises domestic and international lenders on a broad range of financing matters, drawing on experience gained in London, Sydney, and through an in-house role with Société Générale. Walsh has particular expertise in asset-based lending, trade finance, real estate finance and restructuring. He also advises clients across the finance, agriculture, corporate trust, automotive, construction and commercial leasing sectors. He played a key role in the firm’s work relating to Australia's Personal Property Securities Act 2009.

Having practised both in Australia and overseas, including six years in London, McIntosh brings a practical, commercial perspective to complex matters. Craig Chapman is a member of the Dentons Australia Board and a partner in the banking and finance team in Brisbane. With more than 30 years of experience, he advises banks, financial institutions and corporate clients on financial services regulation, syndicated and bilateral lending, project finance, debt capital markets and corporate finance. His previous experience as group general counsel at an Australian regional bank strengthens his commercial approach. Chapman has acted for leading Australian and international banks across infrastructure, mining, transport, property, agribusiness, healthcare, energy and other major industries.

Recognised as a leading dispute resolution lawyer, she regularly represents major banks, financial institutions, government agencies and corporations, delivering commercially focused strategies through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Joy Atacador leads Dentons Australia’s intellectual property and technology practice and the firm’s global consumer products and services sector while also serving on the Dentons Australia board. A registered trade marks attorney, she advises clients on intellectual property litigation, dispute resolution, trade marks, patents, copyright, designs, confidential information and brand protection. Atacador has represented Australian and international organisations in significant IP disputes before the Federal Court of Australia and IP Australia. She is consistently recognised by leading legal directories, including Best Lawyers, Managing Intellectual Property IP STARS, IAM Patent 1000 and WTR 1000.
