Anna Fox is a senior partner in the commercial team at Saunders Robinson Brown in Christchurch, where she previously led the commercial team and served as the firm’s managing partner from 2017 to mid-2021.
With deep expertise in commercial and corporate law, Fox brings experience in commercial property and finance. She regularly advises clients on all facets of property development and represents a diverse portfolio of commercial property owners, offering strategic guidance on leasing arrangements and related matters.
Beyond her broad commercial practice, Fox has developed a strong niche in health sector law. She is highly regarded for her work structuring health entities and drafting complex health-related contracts and documentation.
Fox’s leadership extends beyond her legal practice. She is a director of Nelson Building Society, where she also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. In 2025, she was appointed as an independent board member of the New Zealand Law Society. Fox holds an LLB and a BA in Psychology from the University of Otago.
