Bettina Sheeran brings over 20 years of experience advising on complex, large-scale real estate transactions and projects. Her expertise spans site acquisitions and disposals, ownership structuring, master contracts and owners corporation rules. She is a trusted adviser to both listed and private clients, including Stockland, Frasers Property Australia, Cedar Woods, Fortis Group and PDG.
