Jo Zaharopoulos is an accomplished legal executive with over 20 years of in-house experience, known for her strategic and value-driven approach to business. As General Counsel at Probe Group – a leading provider of innovative customer experience, digital and business process outsourcing services – she ensures legal and ethical integrity across the organisation. She brings expertise in commercial law, compliance, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, sustainability and employment law, helping drive sustainable growth and innovation.
A member of Probe’s executive leadership team, Zaharopoulos is also the head of ESG, reflecting her commitment to responsible business practices and impactful leadership. She is passionate about fostering a more inclusive and equitable profession, and as a working mother of two, she leads by example – demonstrating that women can excel in demanding careers while nurturing their families. A significant part of his focus today is staying ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a seamless client experience. He tracks updates from regulators and lenders closely and works with his teams to adjust systems as needed.
“My approach to my role and my career has always been rooted in passion, focus, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” he says. “I’ve never been driven solely by profit or business metrics. I believe in hiring great talent, trusting them, and pushing boundaries because innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.”
His experience isn’t limited to Canada. Ibrahim has worked in the US and UAE, which shaped his global perspective and comfort with adapting to different markets. He thrives on risk, viewing setbacks as stepping stones to progress.
