What does IQumulate have in mind for the future?
“IQumulate is on a technology journey, and we’re just getting started,” says Wayne Tower, CEO. “Through continuous engagement with our clients, partners, marketplace and industry, we will listen to the needs as they arise and position our business to be agile and respond to changes as they occur.
“Faster decision-making innovations such as AI-powered decision support systems can expedite the underwriting and approval process, leading to quicker responses to clients. “As forward-thinkers with a digital and ‘do it better’ mindset, we collectively and proactively look to learn and improve on our customer experience for our clients, paving the way for successful business outcomes for our clients and our business in the coming years ahead.

demonstrable gains in efficiency throughout document review and litigation support processes
When engaging with clients, Law In Order provides unique solutions to achieve tangible results. The legal team works closely to understand the complexities of each case, then works rapidly and collaboratively to deliver the most appropriate outcome.
“We view innovation as an ongoing journey rather than a one-off event, shaped by a mindset that values curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to challenge the status quo,” says CEO Julian McGrath.
“Our ethos is grounded in the belief that true progress comes from blending proactive research and development with an acute awareness of our clients’ evolving needs.”
The service provider’s immense capabilities are facilitated by a high-performing team where collaboration is at the forefront. Individuals are given the resources and attention needed to thrive, while their meaningful contributions are celebrated by the organisation. Meanwhile, Law In Order’s leadership is highly experienced in legal, tech and customer service spheres, delivering a high level of industry expertise.
Law In Order is constantly integrating new AI technologies to streamline processes such as document review, evidence analysis and case management, whilst maintaining a keen focus on data security and privacy to protect clients’ best interests.
“Our innovation plans are created through a balanced approach that combines proactive in-house research and development with a responsive attitude to market needs. We invest significantly in developing new solutions internally to ensure we remain ahead of industry trends,” explains McGrath.
“At the same time, we actively listen to client feedback and monitor market demands to ensure our innovations are both forward-thinking and directly relevant to the challenges faced by legal professionals.”
Law In Order’s investment in both its technological capabilities and its growing team indicate the firm’s dedication to ensuring it stays in step with the needs of its clients.
“Alongside substantial investment in secure cloud-based platforms, AI-driven tools, and process automation to optimise document management, eDiscovery, and litigation support, we have prioritised the continuous development and empowerment of our team,” McGrath says.
“This combined approach has enabled us to deliver faster turnaround times, reduce costs for clients, uphold the highest standards of data security, and ensure our workforce remains skilled, motivated, and equipped to adapt to evolving client needs.”
IQumulate invests in education and people, which are vital to attracting new business and talent to the company.
“We have long tenures for several of our key staff, including some in leadership positions, and this sound working knowledge of our business, practices and industry provides great insights and a wealth of experience to offer our clients,” says Bastow. “Our new head of sales, Graeme Gordon, formerly manager for New Zealand, joins us in Australia to drive our sales strategy and lead our team to successful outcomes for our clients and our business. We look forward to great things ahead with Graeme as he continues to be active and present in the New Zealand market as well as building sound working relationships and new connections in Australia.”
Clients can also expect a lot from working with IQumulate.
“Through active engagement with our trusted broker network, IQumulate provides relevant information, education and training content,” says Graeme Gordon, head of sales. “Our clients can expect IQumulate to support their business in several ways, providing an understanding of what premium funding solutions are available and how IQumulate can spread the cost of insurance and help borrowers get the right level of insurance cover to free up their cash flow for other expenses or business growth opportunities. Premium funding is often considered a tool for those who simply cannot afford to pay their premiums in full. While this is certainly a significant driver for many, it is also successfully used by profitable companies who use premium funding to manage their cash flows more wisely or better manage their liquidity.”
