What does IQumulate have in mind for the future?
“IQumulate is on a technology journey, and we’re just getting started,” says Wayne Tower, CEO. “Through continuous engagement with our clients, partners, marketplace and industry, we will listen to the needs as they arise and position our business to be agile and respond to changes as they occur.
“Faster decision-making innovations such as AI-powered decision support systems can expedite the underwriting and approval process, leading to quicker responses to clients. This can improve client satisfaction and potentially attract more business, with the potential to allow IQumulate to capture a larger market share, whilst continuing to deliver service excellence to clients.”
“As forward-thinkers with a digital and ‘do it better’ mindset, we collectively and proactively look to learn and improve on our customer experience for our clients, paving the way for successful business outcomes for our clients and our business in the coming years ahead.
“We’re excited for the future and look forward to what’s on the horizon.”
IQumulate invests in education and people, which are vital to attracting new business and talent to the company.
“We have long tenures for several of our key staff, including some in leadership positions, and this sound working knowledge of our business, practices and industry provides great insights and a wealth of experience to offer our clients,” says Bastow. “Our new head of sales, Graeme Gordon, formerly manager for New Zealand, joins us in Australia to drive our sales strategy and lead our team to successful outcomes for our clients and our business. We look forward to great things ahead with Graeme as he continues to be active and present in the New Zealand market as well as building sound working relationships and new connections in Australia.”
Clients can also expect a lot from working with IQumulate.
“Through active engagement with our trusted broker network, IQumulate provides relevant information, education and training content,” says Graeme Gordon, head of sales. “Our clients can expect IQumulate to support their business in several ways, providing an understanding of what premium funding solutions are available and how IQumulate can spread the cost of insurance and help borrowers get the right level of insurance cover to free up their cash flow for other expenses or business growth opportunities. Premium funding is often considered a tool for those who simply cannot afford to pay their premiums in full. While this is certainly a significant driver for many, it is also successfully used by profitable companies who use premium funding to manage their cash flows more wisely or better manage their liquidity.”

Founded in 2004, Law Partners set out to redefine the personal injury law landscape in Australia by championing fairness, fees transparency and excellence in client service. Today, Law Partners is Australia’s largest specialist personal injury firm, assisting thousands of Australians with their claims each year, ensuring its clients receive all the support and compensation they deserve.
Clients are supported by Australia’s fairest “no win, no fee” (and no disbursements) guarantee and are matched with a lawyer who specialises in their claim type across workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accident, total and permanent disability, medical negligence, public liability and institutional abuse claims.
Law Partners prides itself on offering more personalised client care, looking beyond the obvious and building strong relationships with clients and their families to fully understand the impact of their injuries or illness and uncover all their entitlements.
With over 170 legal professionals and 21 office locations across NSW, Canberra and Victoria, the firm offers both in-person and comprehensive online legal services.
Law Partners is proud to have earned over 1,730 five-star Google reviews from the Australian community, to be consistently awarded in Doyle’s Guide and to have been named Lawyer Monthly’s Australian Personal Injury Law Firm of the Year for three consecutive years (2022–2024).
Technology also plays a central role. By streamlining communication and modernising case management systems, Immigration Solutions Lawyers ensures its clients remain informed and engaged throughout what are often lengthy and emotionally charged legal processes. The emphasis on transparency and regular updates reflects a respect for the client's need to be heard and supported.
Beyond the courtroom, the firm is recognised for its contributions to legal discourse and professional advocacy.
Team members have been honoured personally, Palwasha Nawabi was awarded the 2023 Australian Young Lawyer Award, and Diane Markantonakis was appointed as the Asia Pacific Regional Forum Liaison Officer for the Human Rights Law Committee at the International Bar Association.
Immigration Solutions Lawyers are strong supporters of initiatives aimed at policy reform and continue to play an active role in championing the role of women within the legal profession. Such engagement underscores a broader commitment to the advancement of immigration law and to the communities it serves.
What truly distinguishes Immigration Solutions Lawyers is an ethos that prioritises emotional intelligence as much as legal proficiency, recognising the deeply human dimension of the work it does. For clients, this means receiving not only sound legal representation but also genuine care.
This balance of intellect and empathy continues to define the firm’s standing as a leading light in Australian immigration law.
XXX says, “Our goal is to ensure each client’s immigration journey is smooth, informed and handled with the utmost care and dedication.
