Amber Warren is a partner in Dentons Australia’s financial services regulatory advisory team, bringing 23 years of extensive experience with the firm. Throughout her career, she has worked across various practices, including litigation, insolvency and banking and finance, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the entire financial services life cycle.
Warren represents several major Australian banks, as well as smaller lenders and foreign corporations within the financial services sector. Her expertise lies in advising clients on laws and regulations concerning marketing, design and distribution obligations, anti-hawking and superannuation. Known for her strategic and pragmatic approach, she delivers insightful guidance tailored to her clients’ needs.
Beyond her legal practice, Warren plays a crucial role in the management of Dentons, serving as a member of both the Australian and Global Boards. She is also a proud member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development (PLD36).
