Chris Clarke is a seasoned corporate partner with over 20 years of experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate advisory and securities law. He has a strong focus on technology and financial services, advising issuers and brokers on initial public offerings and secondary raisings in Australia. Clarke also provides guidance on general corporate and financial services matters. He is highly experienced in working with Australian regulatory bodies, including the Australian Securities Exchange, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Foreign Investment Review Board, ensuring clients receive practical and effective legal solutions.

Rich Hawkins is a specialist in advising clients across the media, entertainment and sports industries, bringing a unique blend of private practice and in-house experience. He began his career with Bird & Bird in London in 2004 and later spent seven years as general counsel at Rugby Australia, gaining invaluable industry insight. In early 2018, Hawkins rejoined Bird & Bird in Sydney, where he now focuses on developing an Asia-Pacific media, entertainment and sports practice. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy and Theology), a Masters of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma in Community Development. Osuchukwu brings experience in a variety of parish roles, plus ministry work in prisons and the tertiary sector.
