Since July 2023, Troy Lewis has led the firm as its national managing partner while continuing his practice in construction law. With more than 20 years of experience, he is a recognised industry leader in relation to construction disputes and security of payment legislation Australia-wide. He also regularly presents on behalf of various peak industry organisations. Troy values his team and is particularly proud to see long-serving members of the firm develop, grow and achieve their definition of success in their careers.

She joined Holding Redlich in 2021 when the firm established its Canberra office and was appointed managing partner in 2024. Elizabeth leads with a focus on service and innovation and empowers her team to deliver strategic legal solutions tailored to the needs of Commonwealth clients. Outside of work, she is a registered yoga teacher who advocates for wellbeing in the legal profession, encouraging lawyers to incorporate mindfulness and movement into their daily routines.

Since joining the firm in 2005, he has led his team through numerous high-profile M&A transactions for clients across the technology, consumer, healthcare, education, business and financial services sectors. His corporate law expertise is recognised by Best Lawyers in Australia. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Darren inspires his group to work together with confidence. He also plays an active role in mentoring young lawyers, supporting their growth and professional development.

Stephen Burton is a highly regarded construction and infrastructure lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience. Osuchukwu brings experience in a variety of parish roles, plus ministry work in prisons and the tertiary sector.
