Cheree Sawley is a partner at Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt | Holman Webb with over 15 years’ experience, specialising in contested estates, commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
She represents executors, charities and beneficiaries across a range of contested estates matters including bringing and defending applications for Family Provision orders, testamentary capacity challenges, estoppel claims, informal wills and complex probate applications.
Sawley has also acted for a wide range of clients, including corporations, government departments, local councils, SMEs and individuals across specialist litigation and dispute resolution matters.
With her clients’ best interest in mind, Sawley provides full and frank advice in line with their legal and commercial objectives. She is a dual Accredited Specialist in Dispute Resolution and Wills and Estates Law with the NSW Law Society. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the Australian National University.
