Krishneel Kumar is a senior associate in the construction, infrastructure and projects group at Holding Redlich with over seven years’ PQE. He has experience drafting and advising on various forms of construction contracts (bespoke and Australian Standards), including construction only, D&C, EPC, O&M and construction management, as well as construction licences, joint venture agreements, HOAs, MOUs, Process Deeds Poll, tenders and probity. His experience extends across all levels, including private sector and government clients, principals, developers, contractors and consultants.
Krishneel previously undertook a 10-month secondment as a corporate counsel in the legal team at ASX-listed Transurban, where he worked across projects involving various assets, including the M2, NorthConnex, Eastern Distributor, Cross City Tunnel, Lane Cove Tunnel and WestConnex.
Krishneel received a BEc/LLB from the University of Sydney in 2014 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in December 2015. He is the chair of the Holding Redlich Cultural and Religious Diversity Subcommittee, a member of the Society of Construction Law Australia and a member of the National Association of Women in Construction.
