With over 20 years of extensive experience in various areas of law, including commercial law, property and construction law, construction finance, work health and safety, and industrial relations, Jessica Rippon has in-depth knowledge across the front end, back end and claims and disputes.
Rippon’s has acted for a broad range of clients across key private sector and government clients. Her non-contentious legal experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on design and construct contracts for residential and commercial developments and major infrastructure works. She has extensive contract administration experience, advising on security, insurance and liability matters. Her contentious legal work includes conducting litigation proceedings, expert determinations and mediations.
