Anne O’Donoghue, an accredited immigration law specialist with over 31 years of experience, serves as the director and principal lawyer of Immigration Solutions Lawyers, a firm recognised as a leading figure in Australian immigration law. She holds a special interest in modern slavery/human rights and professional ethics.
Admitted to practice in prestigious courts since the early 1980s, O’Donoghue received specialist accreditation as an immigration lawyer in 1998 from the NSW Law Society. She played a pivotal role in shaping immigration law in NSW, serving as the founding vice president of the Migration Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
O’Donoghue’s acclaim within the legal community, both nationally and internationally, is extensive.
