Megan Pearce is a senior associate in Anderson Lloyd’s corporate and commercial team, with specialist experience working across the full spectrum of technology, privacy and digital law matters, including IT procurement and digital transformation projects, and privacy and cybersecurity law.
Since joining Anderson Lloyd in mid-2019, Pearce has helped many public and private sector clients successfully navigate a range of regulatory and contractual matters applicable to the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Pearce has developed a reputation for excellence both internally within the firm and externally among clients. She has established herself as Anderson Lloyd’s “go-to” expert on technology contracting and regulatory matters relating to privacy and data protection and is the first point of contact among many of the firm’s key clients for such matters.
Given Pearce’s deep sectorial expertise, the firm has been able to expand its service offering across its existing client base. She has assisted in a number of significant technology-centric projects for Anderson Lloyd’s key client base, representing both customers and suppliers of a variety of ICT products and services.
Pearce has an exceptional rapport with partners and staff alike and is a positive role model for junior lawyers.
