Scott has a wealth of knowledge acquired over the last 15 years. He started his career at Bell Gully, then moved to London. On his return to New Zealand, he founded his own law firm to provide direct and pragmatic advice to successfully manage projects and resolve all kinds of disputes.
Scott has a demonstrated history of success in the private and public sectors, where he has dealt with national and international clients on complex projects involving adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation. He has worked for external consultancy firms, in-house as head of litigation, and in the public sector for the Commerce Commission.

David has experience working in litigation teams in private and public practice and in complex litigation. While based in London, he was involved in a multibillion-euro merger in the coffee industry. On returning to New Zealand, he practised in a boutique litigation firm before taking a position as an associate barrister in chambers.
In 2019, David joined Russell Legal, practising in all areas of commercial litigation. He acts for clients ranging from large corporates to individuals involved in various commercial disputes. He uses his knowledge and experience to cut through the noise, negotiating successful outcomes for his clients.

She specialises in relationship and trust property as well as all aspects of family law. Well-known and respected within the family justice system, Sarah is regularly appointed to represent children in Family Court proceedings.

Nola became a partner at Denham Bramwell in April 2021 following the Vlatkovich & McGowan merger. She is a dedicated and experienced lawyer who is focused on clients’ needs clients and easy to deal with. Her general practice serves both personal and commercial clients. After working in a couple of Queen Street firms, Nola went on to set up a legal practice in her hometown of Whangaparaoa in 1984 and now leads the office team in this area. A trailblazer for young women in the legal profession, she was the youngest female sole practitioner at the time. Nola is passionate about law practice and responding to clients’ concerns.
